Why Blogging?

I have been blogging for over six months now and I have been enjoying every minute of it. Despite the many naysayers that tell you that blogging is a waste of time and that you will never make enough money from blogging I still keep doing it.

I believe that blogging is a great way to keep the world posted about your hobby or any other subject you are truly passionate about. Once you generate enough readers and at least 100 visitors per day you know that you will make it as long as you are persistent at it. If you haven’t started yet, you should start monetizing it using programs such as Adsense, Kontera and Text Link Ads.

As time goes on and you keep on posting, you will be hitting more and more unique visitors per day and your earnings will keep increasing. My adsense earnings have increased from less than $9 in January to a little less than $300 in July. The best feature of blogging income is that you can write articles and earn the money from anywhere in the world. You only need your creativity and passion along with a computer with an internet connection. That’s what alternative income generation is all about for me- obtaining geographical independence is the key to obtaining full financial freedom.
